Great place to stay. Right on the waterfront. Tastefully renovated. Comfy beds. Excellent bar downstairs. Didn’t eat at Jimmy Cook but good we saw coming from the kitchen looked fab. And the staff are really friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Peyton behind the bar. Great West Coast banter. Go stay.

We booked our room for a getaway not knowing it was one of the busiest weekends in town. The staff were so nice and welcoming! We bought breakfast with our room and it didn't disappoint.. The food is highly satisfying- the eggs bene does things for your soul ????????.. lucky enough to wake up to an amazing view 11/10 would recommend

Just left this morning, after a short one night stay. Building looked a little plain and Greymouth itself was very quiet as it was a public holiday, however we were met with a super friendly welcome and throughout our stay the staff could not have been chattier and nicer and friendly, which really helps! Great view from the room, especially sunrise ! We had starters in the hotel restaurant and the gluten-free cheese rolls were delicious ! The staff kindly recommended a local curry place which also was great (very little open in the area due to the public holiday!) Room and bed very comfortable, only thing I would say is the shower floor was weirdly slippery - rest great for a pit stop in Greymouth as we drove north up the West Coast.

Had a room with River view, nice and clean. Good size and condition, convenient to everywhere with on-site parking. Staff were very friendly. They stock many types/brands of Gin in the restaurant. Glad we chose this hotel when visited west coast of NZ.

It was ideally located on the river bank with great views. Clean and tidy with decent sized room. Unfortunate the restaurant was closed when we were there. If you want room service, better check with them first.
