Location was great. The staff is very helpful. The shared kitchen room is large and a nice amenity. However the room we received was very small. Maybe good for a backpacker. With luggage there was almost no room to walk and constantly bumping into your roommate trying to get in and out of the toilet/shower room. The sink was super small so could not wash clothes. But they do have a laundry if you have a full load.
Stayed in a Rainforest Deluxe cabin for 2 night during July. Just beautiful. Spotless and absolutely amazing. Everything had been thought off. Such a nice thing being able to have a pod coffee with froth in the morning without leaving the tree house. What makes this place though is the staff....super helpful and friendly. Thanks !! Hoping to be back.
Treated me and the two monkeys to a night in the deluxe room. Just perfect the kids loved it. Beautiful rooms, haven't aged at all since the first time we came four years ago. Attention to detail in the rooms is just next level. Staff are very helpful. Restaurant is delicious.
We stayed at a powered site in a camper van. The showers are great, nice and warm and the bathroom was always clean. The kitchen was nice and clean and plenty of space. The lounge area was comfortable and we liked the bbq area. Spa was lovely but a little run down I think. The sauna was a nice touch. Thank you for having us.
This seems to be the biggest accommodation in town, hence its many reviews and why we chose it. We were happy with some aspects (central location, nice breakfast, overall nice room) but quite disappointed in the service (understandably as most hotels are doing these days, they do not clean your room unless you ask them to if staying multiple nights; however we did in fact make it a point to ask them on several occasions and it still didn't get done) and bathroom layout (open shower which allowed water to pool everywhere). I'd recommend considering a different place in town which may have a little more personal touch, rather than this big complex where you can unfortunately be forgotten and things fall through the cracks.
