I recently used the service of Aesthetic Image for full-face threading. The service was professional and the therapist was great, I did experience sensitivity after the treatment. When i reported this to the therapist, she immediately took action, via email and a phone call and also treated me to a beautiful facial which would quicken the healing process. This is in my opinion a true reaction to customer service when you are able to acknowledge the mistake and take action to keep your customer. Thank you Resh.
